1. Agreement to These Terms

                        These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement                         between you and Big Boss Bundles concerning your use                         of the website and purchases made directly from us.                     

                        The Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and                         Exchange Policy, FAQs, product descriptions, and                         checkout disclosures are incorporated into these                         Terms and Conditions.                     

                        If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the                         website or submit an order.                     

2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

                        You must be legally capable of entering a binding                         agreement to make a purchase. Customers under the age                         of majority must have permission and supervision from                         a parent or legal guardian.                     

                        You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate                         billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.                         Big Boss Bundles is not responsible for delays,                         losses, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or                         incomplete information submitted by the customer.                     

3. Products, Hair Origins, and Selections

Textures

                        Available textures may include Straight, Kinky                         Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, and Kinky                         Curly. Availability may vary by hair origin and                         product type.                     

Wigs, Closures, and Frontals

                        All Big Boss Bundles wigs, closures, and frontals                         include HD lace. Wig options may include length,                         texture, density, and lace size. Closures and frontals                         may include length, texture, and lace-size selections.                     

Natural Variation

                        Raw hair is a natural product. Minor variations in                         color, wave pattern, curl pattern, texture, bundle                         fullness, and appearance may occur. These natural                         variations are not automatically defects.                     

                        Computer screens, phones, photography, lighting, and                         editing may cause colors and textures to appear                         slightly different from the physical product.                     

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

                        Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the                         products selected. An automated order confirmation                         confirms that we received the order but does not                         necessarily mean that the order has been finally                         accepted or shipped.                     

                        Big Boss Bundles may decline, cancel, limit, or place                         an order on hold when reasonably necessary because of:

                        When an order is canceled before fulfillment, the                         amount paid for the canceled item will be handled in                         accordance with applicable law and the payment                         provider’s processing procedures.                     

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

                        Prices are displayed in United States dollars and may                         change without advance notice. The price charged is                         generally the price displayed when the customer                         submits the order, subject to correction of obvious                         errors.

                        By providing payment information, you represent that                         you are authorized to use the selected payment method                         and authorize the charge shown during checkout.                     

                        Installment payments, buy-now-pay-later services, and                         marketplace payments are also subject to the terms of                         the third-party provider.                     

6. Processing, Shipping, and Local Pickup

                        Processing and delivery estimates are estimates and                         are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly                         stated otherwise.                     

                        Orders that are not immediately available for local                         pickup may require approximately 7 to 10 business days                         for processing and fulfillment. Certain customized,                         high-density, specialty, or extended-length products                         may require additional time.                     

                        Customers are responsible for entering the correct                         shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed                         after an order is submitted.                     

                        Once a carrier accepts a shipment, delays caused by                         the carrier, severe weather, holidays, government                         actions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside                         the reasonable control of Big Boss Bundles may affect                         delivery.                     

Local Pickup

                        Local pickup is available only after the customer has                         received confirmation that the order is ready.                         Customers should call ahead before arriving.

                        Identification and order confirmation may be required                         before an order is released.                     

7. Final Sales, Returns, and Exchanges

                        Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within                         five days after receiving the order                         and are governed by the separate Return and Exchange                         Policy.                     

                        Products may be ineligible for exchange when they have                         been opened beyond reasonable inspection, worn,                         installed, combed, brushed, washed, conditioned,                         colored, bleached, chemically treated, cut, altered,                         unraveled, or otherwise changed from their original                         condition.                     

                        Hair-care products and other personal-care items may                         be ineligible for exchange after opening because of                         hygiene and safety considerations.                     

                        Customers must inspect their order promptly after                         delivery and contact Big Boss Bundles within the                         required period.                     

8. Hair Care, Coloring, and Styling Results

                        With proper care, Big Boss Bundles hair may last for                         several years. Results depend on installation,                         maintenance, product use, styling practices, heat,                         coloring, chemical processing, storage, and other                         factors outside our control.                     

                        Big Boss Bundles hair can be professionally colored                         up to 613. However, all coloring, bleaching, heat                         styling, chemical treatment, cutting, customization,                         and installation are performed at the customer’s risk.                     

                        We recommend using a licensed professional for                         installation and significant color changes. Always                         conduct a strand test before processing the entire                         product.                     

                        Big Boss Bundles is not responsible for damage caused                         by improper installation, excessive heat, overprocessing,                         unsuitable products, poor maintenance, or services                         performed by independent stylists.                     

9. TikTok Shop, Amazon, Facebook, and Other Marketplaces

                        Big Boss Bundles products may also be offered through                         TikTok Shop, Amazon, Facebook Shop, or other approved                         sales channels.                     

                        Purchases made through a third-party marketplace may                         also be subject to that platform’s checkout, payment,                         shipping, dispute, cancellation, privacy, return, and                         account policies.                     

                        When a marketplace rule conflicts with a term that the                         marketplace requires sellers to follow, the applicable                         marketplace rule may control the transaction processed                         through that platform.                     

11. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the website to:

                        
• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized payments
                        
• Provide false or misleading information
                        
• Interfere with website security or operation
                        
• Upload malware or harmful code
                        
• Attempt unauthorized access
                        
• Copy or scrape website content
                        
• Impersonate another person or business

                        We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take                         appropriate action when misuse is suspected.                     

12. Website and Product Disclaimers

                        We work to keep website information accurate and                         current, but errors, interruptions, technical issues,                         inventory differences, and typographical mistakes may                         occur.                     

                        Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded,                         the website and its content are provided on an                         “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted                         access or that every display, description, photograph,                         price, or inventory count will always be error-free.                     

                        Product statements are not medical advice and are not                         intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any                         disease or medical condition.                     

13. Limitation of Liability

                        To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Boss                         Bundles will not be liable for indirect, incidental,                         special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages                         arising from website use, delayed delivery, styling,                         installation, coloring, chemical treatment, or use of                         products.                     

                        Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total                         liability relating to a product or transaction will                         not exceed the amount the customer paid directly to                         Big Boss Bundles for the product giving rise to the                         claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.                     

                        Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that                         cannot legally be waived.                     

14. Governing Law and Disputes

                        These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of                         the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law                         principles.                     

                        Before filing a claim, the customer agrees to contact                         Big Boss Bundles and provide a reasonable opportunity                         to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute.                     

                        Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal                         proceedings relating to these terms or direct                         purchases from Big Boss Bundles shall be brought in                         a court of competent jurisdiction serving Travis                         County, Texas.                     

15. Severability and No Waiver

                        If any provision of these terms is found invalid or                         unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain                         in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.                     

                        Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the                         right to enforce that provision later.                     

16. Changes to These Terms

                        Big Boss Bundles may update these Terms and Conditions                         as the website, products, services, marketplace                         channels, or legal requirements change.                     

                        Updated terms will be posted on this page with a                         revised effective date. The terms in effect when an                         order is submitted generally govern that order.
